Get AI Game Generator running in minutes.

1. Configure environment

Set the required environment variables:

• NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL
• DATABASE_URL
• AUTH_SECRET
• Optional: OPENAI_MODEL=gpt-5.4

2. Install and run

pnpm install
pnpm dev

3. Generate your first game

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Enter a prompt.
3. Generate and download the HTML5 build.
